Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Purchasing Division, for the agency, the West Virginia Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office, is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services to develop construction documents to renovate and replace the HVAC systems in Building 1707 (Construction & Facilities Management Office) at the WV Army National Guard Base (Coonskin Complex), located in Charleston, Kanawha County, WV; The design will be awarded in two (2) phases, Phase 1 will be for Type A and Type B services. Phase 2 will be for Type C services and will be added via change order once the construction contract is awarded.
