Specifications include, but are not limited to: The cleaning includes the District Office (approx 2000 sq ft), the crew quarters (approximately 2800 sq ft) office and restroom in mechanics shop, and entry way and bathrooms in district gas house. The cleaning includes general cleaning weekly : dusting desks, bookcases, etc; countertops. bathrooms and kitchen areas; removing all trash to the dumpster on property; vacuuming and mopping floors; sweeping and cleaning entrances; cleaning glasses in doors and in office areas. See Cleaning Specifications for more details. Vendor should be located within 75 miles of the office. Cleaning should be scheduled on Friday morning, between 6am and 10am, when traffic is less in all areas to be cleaned.
