The City is seeking a consultant to manage environmental permitting, provide onsite biological monitoring and environmental compliance during construction work, and complete all necessary reporting. This will include the task below. The consultant is encouraged to suggest additions or modifications to the scope that will better ensure compliance with any state and federal regulations; these suggestions should be incorporated in the proposal. Consultant Responsibilities: • Site visit with City staff and construction contractor • Coordination meetings with City team (estimated bi-weekly) • Pre-application meeting(s) with agencies • Completion of environmental documentation and CEQA compliance • Completion and submittal of permit applications, and permit acquisition on behalf of the City • Pre-construction survey(s), if required by permits • Agency notifications and coordination • Full-time biological monitoring and environmental compliance monitoring during construction (estimated construction duration of up to 3 weeks), or as required by permits • Project completion reporting, as required by permits, and permit close-out
