Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is to provide moisture separator upgrades to Boilers at the EMC, metering at chilled water systems, rerouting of the chilled water system in the area of the Hub Core, and piping and pumps on Concourse G. In addition, this project is to provide pressure sensors to Silver Parking Ramp, will remove once thru cooling units to replace with different HVAC systems, provide a roof top unit at the T1 South Checkpoint, replace a make up water valve, and may install a condenser at Water Pump 6. Electrical scope to include replacing VFDs for chilled water pumps in in Hub Core Mechanical room HC-0610-M, demolishing the electrical connections to the Once-Thru cooling unit being removed, and relocating the starter switch for the Condenser Water pump in the EMC. Work to include concrete pad work, masonry patching, steel support install, roofing, gyp board patching, acoustic ceiling install, and painting.
