Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Auburn and the Auburn Water Works Board are seeking qualified contractors to provide all management, supplies, chemicals, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at each facility to present a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance. The selected Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The City of Auburn and the Water Works Board of the City of Auburn have a combined total of thirteen (13) facilities of which eight (8) will require weekly basic cleaning services. The remaining facilities have designated in-house custodians and may only require basic cleaning on a per request basis. Services beyond basic cleaning (i.e. carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, exterior windows, disinfecting/sanitizing, etc.) shall be provided on a per request basis or alternative schedule at each facility.
