Specifications include, but are not limited to: National Voluntary Laboratory Program (NVLAP) accreditations must be maintained by the vendor providing services under this scope of work (SOW). Laboratory programs must be capable to compliantly provide RTD with organic and inorganic analysis of water, soil, chemical product, and air samples in support of federal and state regulatory compliance requirements. The Contractor shall supply all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform laboratory analyses related to: Site characterizations (i.e. Environmental Site Assessment Phase II and Phase III); General chemistry analysis (i.e. Oil and Grease, Sulfide); Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) waste characterizations (i.e. Toxic Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TLCP) and pH); Construction dewatering (i.e. lead, selenium); Air analyses (i.e. volatile organics, summa canisters); Industrial hygiene analysis (i.e. Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos fibers); Designated substances (i.e. E. Coli, Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances); The Contractor shall supply sample containers cleaned to EPA specification, pre-preserved, and appropriate for the type of analysis requested. Containers shall be provided in coolers or other containers with the appropriate packaging material for safe handling and transport. The laboratory may be requested to provide RTD with chain of custody forms, container labels, and other miscellaneous office supply material related to the hazardous material communication of collected substances.
