The work to be performed consists, in general, of the rehabilitation of an existing lift station, referred to herein as the Eucalyptus Lane Lift Station. The Eucalyptus Lane Lift Station is located within the Holiday Columbus Estates located at 3201 Columbus Street. Work components include, but are not limited to: the installation and maintaining of temporary bypass pumping; construction of short lengths of new sewer lines and force main; demolition of and reconstruction of the Eucalyptus Lane Lift Station complete with all appurtenances; construction of lift station site improvements such as curb, gutter, grading, aggregate base surfacing, and paving; masonry wall; chain link fencing; furnishing and installing all electrical items and coordination with the utility company; testing and adjusting of equipment; demolition of existing lift station and all other items necessary to complete the project.
