Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Description: This project will involve the following tasks: • Remove all existing roofing down to concrete roof decking, including flashing and mastic around vents, curbs, penetrations, and parapet walls, etc… • Inspect concrete roof base and repair as necessary. • Install insulation, vapor barrier, overlay board, and three-ply base sheet and cap sheet SBS roofing system or equal. • Install new flashing throughout and include caps on parapet walls. All flashing to be prefinished. 2. Daily Clean-up and Duties: A. All demo & construction debris will be removed from the sites each day and the facility left secured. Do not track dirt and debris off site. The station dumpster may not be used for project related debris. B. Make sure dust/debris does not migrate into the station facilities. The contractor shall take the necessary precautions to make sure doors and windows are closed. C. Hazards shall be properly barricaded and/or covered to prevent injury.
