Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Replace caging material of the outer fence enclosure. 4.1.1.Remove the old, dilapidated portion of outer perimeter fencing that runs parallel to the railroad tracks. Starting from the Southwest corner of the lot and ending where the more recently updated fence is near the “W” sign. See pictures below. 4.1.2.The new fencing must be made of the same chain link material as the wire mesh already assembled on the updated portion of the outer fence enclosure. (sizing: 3 in diagonal width of mesh). 4.1.3.Fence post size and material shall match the newer adjacent fencing. 4.1.4.Concrete footings shall be to a depth that complies with any related rules and regulations and that would best prevent fencing from falling over due to erosion, not to exceed 3 feet in depth. 4.1.5.Approximately 150ft of the perimeter fencing must be replaced. 4.1.6.The height of the new fencing should match that of the existing adjacent fencing with barb wire: approximately 6 feet high. 4.1.7.New fencing will also need barb wire to be installed that matches adjacent fencing.
