Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Consultant shall have good interaction, collaboration, inclusion, and feedback with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or designee as necessary. 4.2. The Consultant shall possess a high level of experience and expertise in all the requirements set forth by ISO 17025:2017, AR 3125, ANSI/ASB Standards, ABFT Standards and Checklist. 4.3. Consultant shall draft, revise, and finalize the Quality Assurance (QA) Manual and include all relevant sections and materials in accordance with the 17025:2017. 4.4. Consultant is responsible for the following deliverables 4.4.1. Quality Assurance (QA) Manualshall be one singular document. Contractor shall provide the versions listed below: 4.4.1.1. Initial draft of the manual, including all sections and content. 4.4.1.2. Revised draft(s) of the manual based on feedback from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or designee as necessary. 4.4.1.3. Final version of the manual, incorporating all revisions and feedback. 4.4.2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) shall include up to fifty standard operating procedure documents under analytical and general procedures. Contractor shall provide the versions listed below: 4.4.2.1. Initial draft of the standard operating procedures, including all sections and content. 4.4.2.2. Revised draft(s) of the standard operating procedures based on feedback from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or designee as necessary. 4.4.2.3. Final version of the standard operating procedures, incorporating all revisions and feedback. 4.4.3. Measurement Uncertainty (MU): 4.4.3.1. Initial draft document, Excel document with skeleton structure and calculations, along with corresponding SOP. 4.4.3.2. Revised draft(s), based on feedback from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or designee as necessary. 4.4.3.3. Final version or living document that is continuously updated to include all sources of potential error in the true value incorporating all revisions and feedback. 4.4.4. To perform the duties of an auditor to include: 4.4.4.1. Guidance and assistance during one management review. 4.4.4.2. Guidance and assistance during one internal audit. 4.4.4.3. Guidance and assistance during one gap analysis. 4.5. Contractor shall deliver the final manual in digital formats (unconverted PDF, and Word document). 4.6. Consultant shall adhere to all guidelines outlined and described in this Statement of Work.
