Specifications include, but are not limited to: roof replacement, siding repairs, selected window replacements and related work at the existing visitor center as well as exterior painting at the entire museum known as the Noah Webster House. The work shall include removal and replacement of the existing roofing, underlayment, flashings and roof accessories including skylights at the pitched roofs and selected window replacements at the north side wall of the visitor center; repairs and/or replacement of the existing exterior siding and trim at the visitor center; removal and replacement of the existing gutters and downspouts at the visitor center; exterior painting at the entire museum complex; installation of the new lighting protection at the roof of the visitor center; and all related work necessary for a complete job.
