• Provide multiple, numerical weather predictions on up to ten (10) localized, neighborhood specific levels on user-selected micro-climate data, • Provide diverse web-based access to current forecasts and historical trends for weather data in an on-line “at-a-glance dashboard” type platform, accessible from hand-head devices, tablets, and PCs, • Platform must provide a customizable interface for accessing weather data typically used for municipal operations and decision making, • Weather-related forecasts must be available up to four (4) days ahead of time, and must be updated hourly, • Platform communications include push alerts and data distribution to up to 12 users. • Weather forecasting platform must have the capacity to be integrated with City’s existing decision-making tools to avoid manual and disparate data and communication channels and must eliminate inefficient planning of resources.
