The project will encompassthe following activities: • surveying and mapping the development site; • producing 2-4 distinct design alternatives for community and stakeholder feedback; • coordinating and facilitating two phases of countywide engagement events and producing all engagement materials, such as illustrative graphics and idea boards; • completing a summary of community-informed design decisions from the initial community engagement phase, including a draft schematic design package and preliminary sheet set for construction documents; • producing the CEQA analysis, specialist report, and determination; • preparing submittals and managing required public noticing to secure local approvals; anticipated applications, including re-zoning, encroachment permits, and utility connections; • completing a construction bid set and ensuring that materials comply with local requirements and policies for bidding and procurement; • producing a probable construction cost estimate for the project; • identifying target grant and partnership opportunities for implementation and assisting with locating construction funding
