Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review and become familiar with the design recommendations resulting from the design phase including resources already developed (e.g., governing policies), refine as needed, and finalize. 2. Execute recommendation deliverables: a) Assess existing TRC program management tools and processes, b) Confirm program governance structure and develop RACI, c) Develop draft mentoring application, d) Schedule and prepare for monthly Mentoring Steering Committee meetings, e) Conduct Mentoring Steering Committee meetings and document decisions, f) Develop a Change Management Plan, including detailed communications plan and training plan, g) Partner with the Program Manager to assess existing training resources and identify relevant existing training and any other training needs, h) Develop new training based on identified gaps, as needed, i) Create a Mentoring Action Plan outlining a structure to guide mentoring and mentee relationships, j) Develop selection process and associated materials (e.g., rubric), k) Establish criteria for pairing mentors and mentees, processes for pairing and repairing, process for validating pairings and all associated materials (e.g., checklists), l) Develop a process for validating adherence to guidelines, minimum requirements, and the Mentoring Action Plan...
