Specifications include, but are not limited to: DDS seeks bids for engineering services for a bypass pumping connection for the sewer force main at Hogan Regional Center, 450 Maple St., Danvers, MA. The work shall include: • Prepare construction documents, consisting of scale drawings and technical construction specifications in DDS standard format, for construction bidding and permitting. • Review equipment shop drawing submittals. • Review and respond to contractor requests for clarification and/or information. • Visit the site upon substantial completion to observe and prepare a final punch list. • Prepare and submit construction control documents, including affidavits (if required), upon completion of construction. The bypass connection, to be installed at the force main outside and downstream of the existing pump house, is to facilitate future repairs/upgrades to the existing sewer system.
