Replace an existing roof mounted chiller at the Thompson Center located at 501 23rd Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. The selected Respondent will be responsible for developing drawing(s) which detail the in-kind replacement of one (1) chiller. The identified chiller for replacement is failing and beyond its useful life. Drawings are to be developed in consultation with the University Engineers and formally submitted for University review along with a preliminary review with the Building Code Division (BCD). Upon approval, the Respondent (as the Engineer of Record) will develop a final set of drawings that can be permitted. This Project scope of services includes the replacement of one (1) existing air cooled chiller: CHIL01: Trane, Model CGACD11RNNLV623FMP1 (SN J93K83012) Project scope anticipates the reuse of the existing supports, piping and electrical services to the existing chiller location unless noted otherwise by the Respondent.
