Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Prior Approval: The contractor must obtain prior approval from the District before the commencement of brush removal. 3.2. Site Preparation: Thoroughly clear the designated area of all existing vegetation, debris, and any other obstacles that would hinder construction of a fenced in area. This may involve the removal of brush, trees, shrubs, large rocks, and other impediments. 3.3. Brush Removal: Implement efficient and environmentally responsible methods to remove and dispose of all brush and woody vegetation within the specified area. The contractor shall adhere to all applicable regulations regarding the disposal of such materials. 3.4. Debris Removal: Meticulously remove and dispose of any non-vegetative debris, including trash, construction materials, and hazardous waste, strictly following relevant laws and regulations. The contractor must prioritize the proper disposal of hazardous materials to ensure environmental safety. 3.5. Soil Stabilization: Employ effective measures to stabilize the soil disturbed during the clearing process. This is crucial to prevent erosion and minimize dust generation, ensuring the surrounding environment is protected. 3.6. Site Cleanup: Upon completion of the project, meticulously clean the site and leave it in a pristine and debris-free state. This includes removal of all leftover materials and equipment used during the clearing process.
