Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1- Pre-construction Services: Phase 1 services will occur between 50%-90% design completion. The contractor, including PEMB designers and other subcontractors, will provide preliminary PEMB design, attend workshops and coordination meetings to assist in the final design, and offer input towards potential cost savings for the Owner. The preconstruction services will be submitted as an hourly rate, not-to-exceed compensation model. Phase 2 – Construction Services: Provide pre-engineered metal building and erection. Coordinate with other Owner-procured contractors. The final PEMB design is desired to be completed in October, 2024. The remainder of the project is contingent upon securing grant funding and will be bid concurrently, with a goal of occupancy in 2026. Contractor will prepare and deliver the projects based on the scope of services. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable City standards and applicable with the agreed timeline.
