Specifications include, but are not limited to: Massasoit Community College (Massasoit), (MCC), an agency of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts invites proposals from vendors for the furnishing, delivery, services and supplies needed for 55 leased Production Devices and Fleet Copiers/MFDs. In addition, the furnishing, delivery and services needed for 2 Large Format Printers and the services and supplies needed for 44 College owned HP LaserJet Desktop Printers located throughout Massasoit Community College’s Brockton Campus, Downtown Brockton Campus, Canton Campus and the Middleborough Center. The three product categories will be Production Devices/Large Format Printers, Fleet Copiers/MFDs and HP LaserJet Desktop Printers as specified herein. Depending on the nature and quality of proposals received Massasoit Community College may choose to award a contract to any given vendor for any or all product categories. It is the strong preference of Massasoit Community College that a single vendor contract covering all product categories be awarded as a result of this RFP
