Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services as specified herein, which are necessary for: 1. Isolation of the work zone using in-line pipe plugs during liner installation. 2. Pipeline cleaning and closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of pipes to be lined 3. Eliminating and/or controlling infiltration to the level necessary to facilitate liner installation as specified herein 4. CIPP installation, including all specified terminations and reconnection of laterals (if applicable). 5. Development and implementation of a project specific quality assurance plan complete with sufficient documentation and quality control testing to reasonably assure that the completed installation is consistent with the stated design objectives for the work. Minimum requirements for quality assurance and quality control testing are specified herein. 6. Sample collection for performance of required material tests including thickness and strength 7. Bypass pumps and bypass lines 8. Robotic cutters to reopen laterals 9. Final CCTV inspection 10. Testing of lined pipes...
