Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Work of this Project is described as the complete construction of a single-story, 960 square feet area, Type IV-B Unprotected Wood Frame Building with concrete floor slab, masonry veneer and a metal roof. Project includes site concrete pavement, curbs, ramps to accommodate truck scales, traffic circulation, and pedestrian circulation. B. The use of the building will be Shelby County Landfill Scale House where trucks are weighed into and out of the facility. C. The Project will be constructed under a single construction contract. D. Work DOES NOT include a Storm Room for building occupants. E. Work includes Building Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Power, Lighting, Data, Concrete Sitework. F. Building IS NOT Fire Sprinklered. G. Work includes soil fill, Rough and Finish Grading. H. Work includes a monolithic concrete floor slab with perimeter wall footings. I. Work includes asphalt and concrete pavement, sidewalks, structures, curbs and gutters. J. Work includes an emergency generator hookup. K. Work includes localized silt fencing, haybales, wattle, etc. at building excavation pad to comply with city and county requirements. L. Verify sales tax exempt status and requirements of Owner.
