Consultant to design and administer a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain a fully transparent/pass through Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). PEIA seeks a prescription administration program that results in the most robust pharmacy benefit for its members at the lowest possible cost. PEIA will entertain any concept, process or methodology. This may range from a traditional PBM administrative services only model to a fully fiduciary guaranteed Per Member Per Month (PMPM) model and include the full range of PBMs. The PEIA is the State agency that provides group health and life insurance for state, county, and municipal employees. Coverage is provided for more than 200,000 active and retired members, including Medicare-eligible retired employees and Medicare-eligible dependents of retired employees.
