Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must provide one Metal Building or Equal and Installation Services. 3.1.1 Vendor must include in its bid all labor, material, freight , and installation fee in its bid for this project. 3.1.2 Building must have a horizontal base measuring 30 feet in width by 30 feet in length and a height measuring 12 feet. 3.1.3 Building must have a garage door on front center measuring 10 feet in width and 10 feet in length. 3.1.4 Building must have a walk-in door on front of building one foot from corner. 3.1.4.1 Door must measure 36 inches in width and 80 inches in length. 3.1.5 Building must use at least 26 Gauge sheeting. 3.1.6 Building must be certified for 150 MPH winds and a 35 PSF Certified rating for snow. 3.1.7 Roof must be Barn Red in color or equal. 3.1.8 Sides must be Beige in color or equal. 3.1.9 Trim must be Brown in color or equal. 3.1.10 Screw color must match corresponding color of Roof, Sides, and Trim. 3.1.11 Vendor must provide their own powersupply for the installation. 3.1.12 Vendor must install on gravel surface. 3.1.13 Installation location will be at 76 County Club road, Elkins, WV, 26241.
