Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide architecture and engineering design services and to provide construction bid documents suitable for advertisement using state purchasing procedures. This project will be located at the Camp Dawson Training Site near Kingwood, WV. The scope for this project is to design renovations for the Building 307 Parachute Maintenance Shop, the facility will be fully renovated and updated to facilitate building use and meet all current building codes. (Project). The design will be awarded in two (2) phases, Phase 1 will be for Type A and Type B services. Phase 2 will be for Type C services and will be added via change order once the construction contract is awarded.
