Specifications include, but are not limited to: RTD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors that can provide an end-to-end merchandise solution for selling RTD-branded merchandise to employees and to the public. RTD is approaching this project in four (4) phases: 3.2.1. Phase I – Contractor will work with RTD to establish an eCommerce platform to market/sell a RTD-designed holiday sweater to the public. RTD’s intends for the eCommerce site to collect pre-paid pre-orders up to an agreed upon deadline, to account for production, pick, pack and shipping to customers for delivery not later than December 1, 2024. RTD anticipates this will be an annual program offered through Phase III – Public Facing Online Store (see below). This initial holiday sweater offering will serve as the foundation for the Contractor to work with RTD to develop a public-facing website (and potentially other retail channels) through which RTD customers may purchase curated, pre-determined, pick, pack and ship promotional merchandise. 3.2.2. Phase II – RTD Online Store Contractor will work with RTD to establish an eCommerce website for internal RTD staff/departments to access and order 1) preapproved/pre-produced RTD-branded merchandise (e.g., pens, sticky note pads, etc., samples of which have been included in Attachment B – PMP Pre-produced Items), and 2) a curated assortment of ‘print on demand’ promotional merchandise for departmental/individual use. Proposed curated items are listed in Attachment G – Store Inventory. For both the pre-produced items and the RTD Store Inventory, RTD will collaborate annually and ongoing with the selected vendor to adjust quantities and items offered in each of these categories. 3.2.3.
