Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc., the Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of Approximately 1520-feet of 18-inch Transmission Main from 25745 Rollins Lake Rd., Colfax, CA, 95713, along Highway 174 to connect to the existing potable water pipeline including 24-inch casing for crossing Highway 174, and 600-feet of 6-inch Service Pipeline from 25745 Rollins Lake Rd., Colfax, CA, 95713 to connect to existing service to Shady Glen plus backflow prevention and meter assembly, and isolation valves, hydrants, and appurtenances for each pipeline, and earthwork, temporary water pollution control, paving and surface restoration associated with the pipeline installation, and traffic control along Highway 174 and Rollins Lake Road, and rock excavation if necessary, and demolition of the existing Shady Glen Water Treatment Plant.
