All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier shall be responsible to perform all services per specification requirements, and to meet NFPA 10 standard guide for portable fire extinguisher inspections. Supplier shall comply with all other state, city, county, and local codes associated with fire extinguisher inspections, and all repairs required under this specification. Suppliers must coordinate, date and time of the annual inspection through office point of contact. At the scheduled appointment date and time, the supplier shall meet with point of contact to perform inspection. Supplier shall hold current business license during the term of this agreement. All suppliers’ technicians that work under this agreement shall meet the required skill level and qualifications required to perform limited inspections and/ or limited repairs. 6-year Maintenance Test: At the time of annual inspection if it is determined the extinguisher 6-year maintenance test is due, supplier shall not perform the 6-year maintenance test. The supplier shall replace the 6-year extinguisher with a 6-year fully charged extinguisher. ALEA will not pay for a 6-year maintenance test. 12-year Hydro Static Test: At the time of annual inspection if it is determined the extinguisher 12-year maintenance test is due, supplier shall not perform the 12-year maintenance test.
