Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Guilford seeks to contract with a single Contractor for turnkey handling of UBP trash and food scrap bag manufacturing, distribution, redemption, direct sale and other services as detailed herein. The selected contractor shall be responsible for manufacturing, custom printing, packing, storage, delivery, tracking of inventory and other steps required to ensure a sufficient supply of bags for the Town’s program.
