Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilities include general government office, fleet maintenance, and wastewater treatment. In addition to the standard MEP services, Consultant should have knowledge of fuel storage (gas, diesel, and oil) and transfer systems. Heating systems may include oil, natural gas, and geothermal. Services expected to be required, but not limited to, include pre-project planning, estimating, programming, design, bid and construction administration phases of the project delivery process or other services that are beneficial to the Department. The Consultant will render these services to the Department on an as needed basis, with no minimum or maximum amount of services specified or guaranteed.
