Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tulsa Public Schools (“District”, “TPS”) is soliciting proposals from software solution providers regarding student enrollment & application systems for the PK-12 environment. The initial priority of the system is to produce a quicker turnaround for enrollment by reducing the administrative time required at the enrollment center, increase data accuracy, leverage best practices and efficient operations as well as manage expectations of potential student families. Expected functionality must include but not limited to a unified, single-offer lottery process for student placement, seamless integration with our student information system, the ability to capture and store documents electronically as well as transfer said documents to the district's SIS (Student Information System) Powerschool automatically, auto-generated email notice to sites and families upon enrollment, the ability to develop/use custom enrollment forms, direct access to enrollment and application data, and the ability to create custom reports.
