New deck and ramp will be same size and configuration. __ New deck shall be raised up to be flush with back door for easy wheelchair exit & entry. __ All materials shall be pressure treated pine, all fasteners galvanized, and all support post shall have a concrete footing. __ Ramp shall extend from the porch to a 5’x5’ landing. Ramp shall continue from landing to the ground. __ Deck and ramp shall be equipped with guardrails and handrails with pickets installed so that a 4” sphere cannot pass through opening. __ The wooden walking surface of the ramp shall be painted with a non-skid paint. (owners’ choice of color). __ A concrete ramp/sidewalk shall extend from the bottom of wooden ramp running parallel with house. __ The sidewalk shall be a minimum of 36” wide and excavation will be needed to provide as little slope as possible. __ Ramp shall extend even to front of house to a 5’x5’ concrete landing. From there the concrete ramp shall continue until it meets up with existing sidewalk. __ Excavate concrete ramp and pad to make the top of the surface even with the top of the ground and backfill. __ Ramp shall meet all ANSI specs and ADA standards KITCHEN FLOOR REPAIRS $________________________________________ __ Remove all floor covering. __ Replace all damaged, weak, or deteriorated sub-floor, floor framing, sills, and floor supports. __ Install appropriate underlayment as recommended by the manufacturer. __ Install minimum 25-year sheet vinyl goods and install finished shoe molding around room.
