Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required for the replacement of cast stone masonry and other items detailed in this Specification at the Minneapolis Dewatering Plant. B. Repair includes replacement of panels stone masonry panels 28A, 29A, 31A, 31B, 32A, and 34A, as well as adjustments to other panels. Work shall include full setting, adjusting, mounting, and sealing of panels. C. Replace damaged of removed Styrofoam board insulation. D. Replace cracked brickwork as shown in attached photographs. E. Replacement of door and frame. Reconnect power and security to new door. F. Replacement cast stone masonry shall be sourced from Stoneworks Architectural Precast/Cast Stone.
