Specifications include, but are not limited to: The extent of the work involved is furnishing all labor and materials for the reconstruction of the Vine Street Parking Lot together with related subsidiary and incidental work: The project consists of removal of bituminous and concrete pavement, curb and gutter, lighting, and sidewalk and the construction of bituminous and concrete pavement, curb and gutter, lighting, pedestrian ramp, sidewalk, storm sewer, underground stormwater infiltration facility, and associated grading The Owner is requesting if there will be alternate lump sum deduction if the project were to be constructed in one phase rather than two. Providing an alternate lump sum deduction is not a requirement.
