Demolishing and properly disposing of the existing pedestrian wood bridge, electrical conduit, and wires at the designated bone yard area. Procure a prefabricated steel structure bridge as specified in the Specifications. Construct bridge abutments designed by the bridge manufacturer. Install and finish the new steel structured prefabricated bridge, including installing a concrete floor deck. Install a 6-foot ADA concrete ramp at both ends of the new pedestrian bridge. Provide and install a new “School Bridge” sign. Provide and install a light post with a new electrical conduit and wiring system. Clean and trim the surrounding areas of the newly installed pedestrian steel bridge. Perform all other necessary work to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Documents, including the Plans and Specifications.
