Specifications include, but are not limited to: The grouting contractor shall provide project control, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the following items: 2.1 Prepare the area for performance of work including temporary carpet tile removal and coordination with ADYS staff for temporary relocation of furniture as needed. 2.2 Pre-construction survey of existing cracks/damage (advise whether structural or cosmetic). 2.3 Reference location of underground utilities within interior of building as determined by BHATE. 2.4 Install temporary plastic wall covering. 2.5 Install a series of primary injection points by drilling 3/8” to ½” holes through the existing concrete slab. secondary injection points will be performed as determined by BHATE based on findings from primary injection locations. 2.6 Probe all injection point areas using a pointed tip probe rod to determine the vertical extent of voids. 2.7 Inject polyurethane material at the required depths and volume under the supervision of the owner's representative (BHATE). 2.8 Monitor for movement of the structure or ground surface during the injection process. 2.9 Post-Construction survey of existing cracks/damage (advise whether structural or cosmetic). 2.10 Site clean-up during and after injection...
