Specifications include, but are not limited to: (a) The services to be performed by the Subcontractor are set forth in Exhibit B attached and incorporated herein. (b) Subcontractor shall not perform any additional services or extra work without a written, signed authorization from CHA. If authorized in writing by CHA and agreed to by Subcontractor, Subcontractor shall furnish services outside of the scope set forth in Exhibit B and be compensated appropriately, as agreed to in writing by the parties. (c) Subcontractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in its design, drawings, specifications, reports and other services, unless such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in CHA- or Client-furnished information upon which Subcontractor is entitled to rely.
