Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work: 1. System Design: o Provide a design for a four-speaker sound system that ensures comprehensive coverage of the football field, baseball field, bleachers, and concession stand. o The design should include a high-powered speaker mounted above the press box, additional speakers for the bleachers and ends of the football field, and a speaker to cover the baseball field and concession stand. 2. Loudspeaker Installation: o Install one primary high-powered loudspeaker on the roof of the press box. o Install two secondary loudspeakers on the front face of the press box to cover the bleachers and ends of the football field. o Install one loudspeaker on a steel column near the press box to cover the baseball field and concession stand. o All loudspeakers must be weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor applications. 3. Sign Relocation: o The existing sign on the press box must be relocated to accommodate the new loudspeaker installations. This task will be handled by the Town. 4. Electrical and Control Systems: o Install a locked, steel rack cabinet inside the press box to house the system’s electronics. o Include a main system digital signal processor (DSP) with capabilities for mic/input mixing, loudspeaker processing, volume limiting, equalization, and individual speaker controls. o Provide an intuitive wall control panel for easy operation, including a system reset feature. 5. Amplifiers and Microphones: o Supply and install high-power amplifiers for each loudspeaker. o Provide a wireless microphone system with a handheld mic and a belt pack mic for referee use, along with a high-gain receiving antenna. o Include two wired microphones for press box use with corresponding connection jacks.
