Roofwork as required to flash curbs. 3. 1 lot. Crane service and labor required to set units. 4. 1 lot. Light framing of existing structural steel for roof openings, if needed. 5. 1 lot. Extend return duct from each rooftop to a common return, elbow with mesh cover in exposed area, duct drop to single lay-in return grille in hallways with ACT ceiling. 6. 1 lot. Extend supply duct down to main trunk line, exposed with duct mounted supply grilles in exposed hallways, branch ducts to lay-in supply grilles in hallways with ACT ceiling. 7. 1 lot. Disconnect and remove the existing Dravo unit, extend return and supply ducts down from new rooftop above and connect to existing trunk ducts. Add duct mounted grilles to serve the hallway. 8. 1 lot. Commission each rooftop unit and perform start-up, check for proper operation. 9. 1 lot. Tap existing gas piping mains and extend branch natural gas piping to each rooftop. 10. 1 lot. Install electrical branch circuitry from existing sub panels to each new rooftop unit.
