Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Scope-of-Work shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, methods, services, tools, machinery and equipment necessary for the construction of the Work as specified in these Contract Documents. B. The CONTRACTOR shall supply all necessary materials except those specifically designated as furnished by the CLIENT, the ENGINEER, or furnished by others. C. The Work covered under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to the following items: 1. Mobilization/demobilization. 2. Prepare and submit plans and documents as outlined in SECTION 01 30 00 – SUBMITTALS, including but not limited to, the Site Health and Safety Plan, project schedule and identified work plans. 3. Preparation, submittal and compliance with all federal, state and local notification and permit requirements (including obtaining any required permits, inspections and associated fees). 4. Compliance with OSHA, State of Connecticut, local and other required health and safety training and medical monitoring requirements. 5. Documentation of all activities including, but not limited to, daily operations, safety meetings, inspections, progress meetings, medical monitoring, environmental monitoring, site conditions, accidents/incidents, waste shipments and disposal, and all other significant site activities. 6. Complete abatement of asbestos containing materials from all components of the buildings in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements and SECTION 02 82 33 – REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS-CONTAINING MATERIALS and SECTION 07 08 00 – ASBESTOS CONTAINING ROOFING MATERILA ABATEMENT. The Asbestos Survey reports generated for the Site are included as Appendix E. 7. Provide contract closeout documents, such as weight slips and As-Build Drawings, in accordance with SECTION 01 70 00 – CONTRACT CLOSEOUT. 8. Other Work indicated within these Specifications and the Drawings, or as otherwise required to complete the Work; and 9. Perform final cleanup, equipment decontamination and demobilization.
