Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the Period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Floor Care to include: provide equipment, labor and supplies to strip, rinse, seal and refinish all VCT flooring once per year during the months of Oct - Dec - exact date to be determined - to include moving and replacing furniture - Approx. 12,500 sq ft. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (furniture move/replace, square footage, etc), a site visit is REQUIRED
