Specifications include, but are not limited to: Objective Alabama State Personnel currently processes 22 reports through ERMX and stores them in AppEnhancer in an automated process. This process utilizes ERMX to capture, index and store the reports. ERMX is being sunset, and Alabama State Personnel requires RDS to upgrade to the new solution which is Output Transformation Server (OTS). Requirements • Install/Configure OTS Server o Install TomCat o Install JDK o Install OTS server o Configure all server components o Apply latest patches o OTS will be installed on the new AE server • Create Transformation Project (Text/ASCII file processing) o Process flow for existing reports ▪ Create process flow for twenty-two (22) reports Configure required index fields ▪ Multiple fields per report o Include File Cleanup service • Create scripting for reports on a case-by-case basis • RDS will provide knowledge transfer of OTS processes and basic training • Testing/Debugging • Deploy process to server
