Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will communicate with County staff at least two weeks before each clinic to coordinate the pickup of resources (i.e. scales, fixer shirts, tools, etc.). County staff will leave Fix-It Clinic items in County Pickup Point located at Western Service Center (14955 Galaxie Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124) for the contractor to pick up. All items would fit in the hatchback of any regular SUV or truck. Supplies include: • a 17 gallon (22”) tote containing fixer t-shirts, sewing supplies, small scale, extra fuses, batteries, etc. • two A-frame signs • a 17 gallon (22”) wheeled container containing cleaning supplies, alcohol, WD-40 etc., • a medium sized scale stored in a carrying case (22.07 x 17.92 x 10.42”) • Four H-frame directional signs measuring (12” by 40”) • The “fixed” bell • Sewing machine • 2-3 extra folding tables (optional)
