The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency (DHSEM) is looking to secure multiple vendors and multiple options for CO2 gas delivery. The companies would need to be available to assist the State with the CO2 gas, tanks and equipment for a variety of operations should they arise in Colorado. There is no guarantee you will be contacted and no guarantee on what the operation will require until needed. Basic Requirements: 1. Please provide your price for up to 100,000 pounds of CO2 per day. 2. Please provide your daily rate for a forty (40) ton CO2 trailer; two or three trailers will likely be needed at each site. All hoses and equipment to connect to manifolds on site must be provided by the Offeror, and included in this price. 3. Please provide daily rate for alternative method to store large quantities (30,000+ pounds) of CO2 on site, and will be refilled continually each day, if two to three trailers cannot remain on-site each day. Include any transportation charges or on-site movement charges in the rate. Also, please provide time needed for delivery and set-up. 4. Please provide your hourly rate for a field technician to be onsite for monitoring/connecting of hoses; will need to stay on site 4-8 hours per day.
