Circuit Breaker EO/DO 14 - Feeder Circuit Breakers D/O (800 A- 2000 A) LOT: TRANSFER CONTROLS PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK: MAIN 480 VOLT SWITCHGEAR MAINTENANCE & TESTING • Perform a complete and thorough visual & mechanical inspection of each circuit breaker. • Inspect cubicles and racking assemblies. Inspect control wiring terminations, etc. • Clean circuit breakers and cubicles. • Exercise and lubricate each circuit breaker per the manufacturer's recommendations. • Perform contact resistance tests and insulation resistance tests of each circuit breaker. • Test MVT Trip Units, utilizing the GE TVRMSII Test Set - to verify trip unit operation, etc. • Operate and Test Switchgear Transfer Controls: Manual transfer checks, simulate loss of utility tests, transfer, and re-transfer to emergency checks, etc. • Submit detailed service and test report. OTHER EQUIPMENT • Perform an INFRARED (IR) THERMOGRAPHIC INSPECTION. • IR Scan: Main Switchgear 320 A, Switchboard CB, 2000 A, All Motor Control Centers • IR Scan to be performed by Certified IR Thermographer using FLIR equipment. • Submit detailed IR SCAN report.
