Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of fitting out approximately 1,250 SF of existing shell space within the existing ground floor operating suite and will consist of but not limited to the installation of a Philips C- Arm Biplane imaging unit, operating room booms and lights, video integration, architectural finishes, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and fire alarm. Coordination with imaging, OR booms/lights and video integration equipment vendors will be required. The renovation will require working in an active/occupied operating room suite setting. Infection Control (ICRA) and Life Safety (ILSM) measures will need to be followed on this project.
