Specifications include, but are not limited to: design, installation, maintenance/service, removal, packaging, and transport of seasonal decorations. Off-season storage will be provided by the Town, at The Surf Club. The decorations will be installed in two (2) separate areas that are more fully described below and shown on attached maps in Schedule A. Electricity is available at each site and the power cost will be paid by the Town of Madison. Wreaths and garland shall be securely fashioned to reduce the likelihood of damages and outages due to wind, snow, and ice. All extension cords must be secured or trenched to prevent tripping hazards. All strands of lights on pre-lit wreaths and pre-lit garland are to be warm white LEDs.
