Division 09 96 00 High-Performance Coatings b) Includes painting of all walls and ceilings, exterior bollards, lintels, interior open to structure areas and MEP item, door frames, hollow metal doors, per plans and specifications. c) Includes, finish paint and primer all interior and exterior surfaces exposed to view, unless fully factory-finished or unless otherwise indicated, including the following: both sides and edges of plywood backboards for electrical and telecom equipment, exposed surfaces of steel lintels and ledge angles. d) In finished areas with exposed ceilings paint all insulated and exposed pipes, conduits, boxes, insulated and exposed ducts, hangers, brackets, collars, supports, mechanical and electrical equipment, unless noted otherwise. Paint all shop primed items. e) Includes all wallcoverings per plans and specifications: f) High performance paint should be used on all steel as indicated in the plans and specs. g) Caulking at all backsplashes on cabinetry. h) Caulking of all hollow metal frames to gypsum board or wood work. i) Includes all attic stock material per specifications. j) Minor spackling and wall touchup is expected and shall be included. k) Gate frames, bollards l) Includes all mock-ups pers plans and specifications. m) Provide necessary pedestrian protection. n) Includes all necessary scaffolding, hoisting, fall protection, etc. o) Bidder to protect all other surrounding surfaces. p) Bidder responsible for all spoils.
