Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) All material, tax, labor, equipment, services, incidentals, etc. required to complete work as specified and shown on plans. Including but not limited to: a) Provide all rough carpentry & general trade work per plans and specs including but not limited to: SPECIFICATIONS a. Division 00 Procurement and Contracting Requirements b. Division 01 General Requirements c. Division 06 1000 Rough Carpentry a) Provide continuous project cleanup throughout the project. b) Final clean the building once completed, including exterior windows. c) Provide misc labor and material for safety railing protection through the building per OSHA standards. d) Provide misc floor and finish protection throughout project. e) Clean up and remove from site all debris and excess materials. f) Tax exempt. g) All submittals and show drawings must be submitted to Miller-Tippens to maintain project schedule and no later than 4 weeks after NTP. h) All substitution requests and RFIs must be submitted at least (10) days prior to bid date. Any substitution requests or RFIS submitted after this time will not be considered or accepted. i) REVIEW BID ALTERNATES AND PROVIDE PRICING WHERE NEEDED
