Specifications include, but are not limited to:REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) ON-CALL SCADA/PLC SERVICES Mariposa County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified control systems firms familiar with small wastewater/water plants. Qualified firms and their subconsultants will possess technical expertise from both a facility design and SCADA design and integration perspective. Required professional services will include but are not limited to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Programmable Logic Controller (“SCADA/PLC”) design, Human Machine Interface (“HMI”) programming, system integration, panel construction and installation, and on-going maintenance and programming. The existing systems are decades old and outdated, so its likely the County may be starting anew with field devices, RTUs, PLCs, a central computer system, an HMI, and new SCADA software.
