Specifications include, but are not limited to: Throughout the course of this project, the selected bidder will: coordinate tasks; collaborate with DER, the Town of Truro, and partners; schedule work; and maintain project records. DER values open and frequent communication – including the ability for frequent phone, virtual meeting, and email interaction – and the selected bidder is encouraged to budget sufficient time for this purpose. Given the numerous inter-related tasks and timelines involved in this phase of work, DER requests, at a minimum, a monthly update on major tasks, progress, challenges, and opportunities. Note a kickoff meeting will not be required for this work, as DER and partners have discussed this work in detail, however the bidder is encouraged to budget adequate time for virtual meetings to coordinate Mill Pond restoration work with DER, the Town, and partners
